Choosing an Ephesus Hotel: What should you look for?

Tourists who are visiting Ephesus might want to stay in the area and explore more of what the region is offering to them – in that case, it would be best to stay in a Selcuk Hotel. Selcuk is the town that is bordering both Ephesus and Sirince, a charming hill-top town that is famous for its wine. The town is right in the middle of the Ephesus archeological site, and the road that goes to Sirince. Ephesus archeological site receives many visitors from the area itself, or the bordering towns such as Kusadasi or the center of Izmir. These visitors can be daily visitors, or they can stay in the area too.

So, considering all of those other options, tourists might want to broaden their accommodation options while choosing an Ephesus Hotel according to what they want to accomplish in their holiday.

Where To Stay?

Selcuk

As mentioned above, Selcuk is the town that is bordering the interest points as in Ephesus and Sirince. If the tourist wants to thoroughly explore the ancient area, it might be best for them to be nearby. However, Selcuk does not have any other interesting areas, only Ephesus and Sirince. So, if you want to see Selcuk as well, there is not much to see – other than mainstream restaurants and local restaurants that sell Aegean area specialties.

Sirince

If the tourist wants to still be close but enjoy the area more, they can just stay at an ancient Sirince Hotel in the hill-top village. The offerings of Sirince will be in walk distance, and after approximately thirty-minute of transportation, tourists can also enjoy Ephesus. Sirince can be considered as the more charming option compared to a hotel in central Selcuk, so if you are looking for more attractions, it would be best for you to stay in Sirince
